Owner's Box - About Joe Racich

Joseph Racich, President of Brokers Alliance, starting writing life insurance as an independent broker in 1978. He found that he and other agents in the industry, were in need of a reliable resource that would provide vital product information, underwriting support, and marketing techniques. He knew what agents needed, so decided to become that resource!

He founded his General Agency, RAAN Marketing, Inc. in February 1982. Our first office was established in the town of Homewood, Illinois. We expanded in 1995 by establishing our Fountain Hills, Arizona office, RAAN West.

His original idea was to create a one of a kind National General Agency that would offer superior service, compensation, and benefits to our agents. In order to better portray this inspiration, we changed our name to Brokers Alliance, Inc. in 1998.

Having been in the business for over 25 years, we recognized the desire you have to streamline agent business, earn more compensation and obtain outstanding service.

Joe is a bona fide golfer, and enjoys riding his Harley Road King Classic throughout the beautiful Arizona Highways. He also is an avid attendant of the Phoenix Suns, Arizona Cardinals, and Diamondback games - he does however still have the blood of the south-siders and the Bulls!
