Now Effective: Contract Agreement Changes - Charge Backs
|
| |
- A lapse that occurs within the first 6 months (180 days) of an ADB policy issue date will cause a charge back of 100% of all commissions paid, including earned commissions.
|
| |
- A lapse that occurs after the first 6 months (months 7-12) of an ADB policy issue date will be charged back 50% of all commissions paid, including earned commissions.
|
| |
- A lapse that occurs after the ADB policy has been in force 12 months will have NO charge back
|
| |
- The ABD ROP rider is currently approved in AL, AK, AZ, AR, CT, DE, DC, HI, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, ME, MI, MS, MT, NE, NV, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, RI, SC, SD, TX, WV and WI.
